Our fair usage policy is that we offer a money-back guarantee up to the amount of £120 (GBP), $150 (USD), $220 (AUD), $200 (CAD). This covers the entire purchase price of our three smallest packages. If a more expensive package is purchased only a partial refund will be offered up to the amount stated here.
We do not offer a guarantee beyond this amount because of the considerable unrecoverable costs of writing bespoke tailored content.
All refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the content and before publication to your website or audience.
If a refund is requested, we will retain all legal rights to the content making it unavailable for your own publication.
